Master Calendar Las Vegas is a culmination of my two passions: Events and Philanthropy.
As someone who loves to attend charity events, it is frustrating when there are two amazing functions for worthwhile charities on the same night. I'm also actively involved in planning charity events, and nothing is more disconcerting than spending six months planning an annual fundraiser only to find out you are competing with another non-profit. That is precisely why we need a Master Calendar of events in Las Vegas. With Master Calendar Las Vegas, we all benefit! |

For years people have asked me how I know about all the events going on in Las Vegas. The answer? A lot of research! I am always online trying to keep up with the myriad of galas, parties, fundraisers, and 5Ks for the incredible non-profits we have here in our city.

About Michele Rothstein
Michele Rothstein is the founder of Balloons With a Twist, a 28-year-old event planning company and recipient of the elusive title, “Best Event Planner" in the Review Journal's Best of Las Vegas program from 2017-2021. She is also the Co-Founder of 30DaysSugarFree.com.
Along with event planning, Michele has an affinity for philanthropy. She was the Vice President of the Board of Directors for Create a Change Now, a local non-profit that educated children and families to fight childhood obesity. She also sits on the Advisory Board of Directors for the Vegas Golden Knights Foundation.
Michele additionally supports numerous other charities, including:
In 2022, Michele earned the Right to Wear Red at Aid for AIDS of Nevada's (AFAN’s) 36th Annual Black & White Party. In 2020, she was the recipient of the “Women of Wonder” recognition by Deluxe Version Magazine as well as "Best Entrepreneur" at the Silver State Awards. Michele was a finalist for the ATHENA Young Professional Leadership award in 2010 and was inducted into the Women’s Chamber of Commerce of Nevada “Women’s Hall of Fame.” The following year, she was selected as one of the elite group of business professionals for the “40 Under 40” title and awarded with the Reflection Award for Outstanding Entrepreneurship at the BIBO (Beauty In, Beauty Out) Awards.
Just four months after launching Master Calendar Las Vegas, Michele was recognized for her contribution to the community as a finalist for the Las Vegas Women in Technology Awards for Community Service.
